3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided by SunPort Fullerton Sunrooms & Patios - whether by phone, email, or in person - is a preliminary assessment based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing will be set forth in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

Project costs may change if site conditions, permit requirements, or scope of work change during the project. We will notify you in writing of any changes before proceeding with work that would affect the agreed price.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling of consultations, estimate visits, and construction start dates is subject to crew availability, permit timelines, and weather conditions. We will provide you with a project schedule in writing before construction begins, but timelines may shift due to factors outside our control including permit review delays, material lead times, and inspection scheduling.

Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposit refund policies, will be set forth in your written contract. If you need to reschedule a consultation or estimate visit, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at (657) 632-9118.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit amounts, progress payment schedules, and final payment due dates, will be specified in your written contract. Payment is due according to the schedule set out in that agreement.

Late payments may result in a pause of work until outstanding balances are resolved. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue all remedies available under California law, including filing a mechanics lien against the property where work was performed.

6. Permits and Compliance

We pull all required building permits for projects we undertake, in compliance with the requirements of the applicable city or county building department. You agree to cooperate with the permit process, including providing access to the property for required inspections.

If your property is subject to a homeowners association (HOA), it is your responsibility to verify HOA requirements and obtain required approvals before construction begins, unless we have specifically agreed in writing to assist with that process.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

Any warranties on labor or materials will be stated in your written contract. Warranties from manufacturers on materials (such as windows, doors, or roofing components) are passed through to you to the extent transferable.
