SunPort Fullerton Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor structure services in Fullerton, California and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site assessment.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel projects if site conditions are unsuitable, permits cannot be obtained, or if terms of payment are not met.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by SunPort Fullerton Sunrooms & Patios are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during assessment, or changes to project scope requested by the customer.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any additional costs discovered during the project will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by project size and scope. Typical payment terms include:

  • A deposit of 25-50% is required to secure your project and order materials
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects as work reaches specific milestones
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and customer approval

We accept payment by check, cash, credit card, and bank transfer. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work.

Warranties

SunPort Fullerton Sunrooms & Patios provides a workmanship warranty on all installations. Warranty terms are specified in your project contract and typically cover installation defects and structural issues for a period of one to five years depending on the service.

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products used in your project. We will provide warranty documentation from manufacturers as applicable. Warranty coverage may be voided by unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or damage caused by extreme weather events or accidents.

Permits and Compliance

SunPort Fullerton Sunrooms & Patios handles permit applications and ensures all work complies with local building codes in Fullerton, California. Permit fees are included in project quotes unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for providing access to your property and ensuring that work can proceed as scheduled. Delays caused by permit issues, HOA approvals, or site access problems may affect project timelines.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation before materials are ordered: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation after materials are ordered: Refund of deposit minus material costs and administrative fees
  • Cancellation after work has begun: No refund, but you are only responsible for work completed and materials used

Custom-ordered materials may be non-refundable. We will work with you to find a fair resolution in the event of cancellation.

Liability

SunPort Fullerton Sunrooms & Patios carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all employees and subcontractors. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or property features not disclosed during site assessment. You are responsible for securing pets, moving outdoor furniture, and ensuring safe access to the work area.

Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with California state law.

Changes to Terms

SunPort Fullerton Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
